In the following situations we would ask customers to contact the Box Office to make a booking:
- Wheelchair users or patrons who have hear or sight impairments or have special access or seating requirements.
- Party bookers of groups of 10 or more.
- Anyone wishing to take advantage of family prices, special discounts and promotional offers please contact the Box Office directly.

Box office opening times:-
Monday – Friday 10 am – 6pm
Saturday – 10 am – 2pm
Box Office will remain open for evening show until 8pm.
And on Saturday’s will re-open at 5pm – 8pm.
Sunday’s Box Office will open 2hrs before the stated performance time on the ticket unless otherwise informed.
Always check your tickets for performance start time and to ensure you have the correct performance. |

| Special Offers and Discounts |
Any special offers and discounts apply to full price tickets and only ONE applies to each ticket. The Kings Theatre reserves the right to introduce or withdraw prices and discounts without notice. |
| Exchanges |
Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded.

| Concessions |
Discounts apply to Over 60's, Under 16's, Full time students, Registered unemployed, those receiving a disability living allowance and essential companions to people with a disability. |
| Students |
Look out for Student Specials at selected performances. You can pay less than half the full price on production of your Full time Student ID (Student special tickets must be purchased across the counter by the person using the ticket). |
| Group Bookings |
Discounts are available for groups of 10 or more on many shows.
Reservations can be made by telephone: Group Booking telephone number is 023 9285 2208 or personally, from the Kings Theatre Box Office.

| Parking |
Parking is available in Waitrose car park, Marmion Road, evenings only, from 6.30pm. |
| Smoking |
The Kings Theatre is a non-smoking theatre. |
| Terms and Conditions |
Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Tickets are sold subject to the managements right to make alterations to the cast or advertised arrangements, discounts and prices rendered necessary by unavoidable cause.
The theatre management reserve the right to refuse admission.
Latecomers may not be admitted till the interval.
Tickets will be held for collection if booked and paid for within five working days of the performance.
All tickets paid for by debit or credit card are subject to a £1.50 transaction fee
All cheques to be made payable to The Kings Theatre Trust Ltd, allow seven working days for cheques to clear if the amount is above cheque guarantee card.
Only one concession per person, per transaction is applicable.
