Disabled Facilities

Access

Street level access is available via the Stalls entrance situated in Albert Road a few doors down from the main entrance to the theatre. This entrance leads patrons into the Stalls area without the need to negotiate stairs and is suitable for wheelchair users. There are also disabled toilets to the rear left exit of the Stalls.

Costing

Any patron with a disability attending a performance accompanied by a Registered Carer will receive a complementary ticket for the Carer when proof is presented to the Box Office on purchase of the tickets. This proof may be a Carers card or a document proving that Carers Allowance is being received. Care home and NHS payslips are also acceptable.

If a patron with a disability is attending a performance without a carer they will receive a standard concession if available on the chosen performance.

Seating

We have three wheelchair spaces that are situated at the rear of the stalls on the side aisles of rows U and V.

Booking

Please note that booking of wheelchair spaces and Carers seats must be done directly through the Box Office, either in person or by calling 023 9282 8282, and is not available via our booking online facility.
